As TODAİE is a research and education institute, collection and publication are among the most important activities. Since its establishment, Directorate of Collection and Publication Division has published over 300 books. The books were on public administration, economy, management, sociology, mathematics, statistics and etc.

Periodicals have an essential place in TODAİE's publication activities. Public Administration Review has been published continuously since 1968 and became an important reference guide. It is published four times in a year and an index is given in it at the end of each year. Turkish Public Administration Annual is published in English and aims to announce the developments and researches on public administration in Turkey to other countries.

Research and Collection Centre for Human Rights publishes two periodicals since 1975, namely; Annual of Human Rights and Turkish Yearbook of Human Rights. These periodicals have been published since 1979 without any interruption. Research and Education Centre for Local Governments publishes Contemporary Local Governments Review. It is published four times in a year and includes articles on local governments, municipality presentations and new developments.

One of the main important periodical of TODAİE is Turkish Government Organisation Manual which is published as separable pages and updated continuously.
